My name is Jason Miller and I’m the Founder of Archer Connections. After honing my craft in the technical recruiting industry over the last 20 years, I decided to focus on the “AuthenTech” space to fulfill my purpose which hadn’t previously been accessible. After starting as an individual contributor in San Francisco I

built and led teams in both Phoenix, Arizona and Seattle, Washington.

My time in these three markets taught me that while the technical needs in each market differed, the people and technologists doing the work were often interested in the same thing; mission or purpose driven work. This demand has become my commitment.

Over the last 20 years, I’ve built and led teams in both Phoenix, Arizona and Seattle, Washington after starting as an individual contributor in San Francisco, CA. My time in these three markets taught me that while the technical needs in each market differed, the people and technologists doing the work were often interested in the same thing; mission or purpose driven work. There just didn’t seem to be anyone that could help them find it. Until now!
